How can I find out whether a dress is available?

We suggest you contact your nearest Rosa Clará shop to find out whether the dress that you want is available.

How many months in advance should I order my dress?

We always advise our brides to start looking for their dress at least 6 to 8 months before the wedding so that they can enjoy the experience to the full and not feel rushed and stressed out.

I live in a city which doesn´t have a Rosa Clará shop. Are there any multi-label shops which sell Rosa Clará dresses in the city?

You will find the multi-label shops which sell our dresses at our shop locator.

If I´m getting married in 2016 can I order a dress from the 2015 collection?

Of course. Every year our brides can choose between the dresses from the new collection and the wedding dresses from the previous season.

I would like to make an appointment with a Rosa Clará shop.

There are two ways of doing this. You can either make an appointment through our website, in which case the shop will contact you to confirm the appointment, or by phone (you can find the telephone number you want at our shop locator.

Can I get my dress altered?

Yes, most of our wedding dresses can be altered. We suggest you contact the shop to find out whether they can make the alterations you want.

What should I do if I want to buy a dress that is not available in the shop?

Every shop has a wide selection of dresses from the collection, although they do not have all the models. If your nearest Rosa Clará shop does not have the dress you want, you will still be able to order it there.

I live abroad, and I am thinking of visiting Spain in order to buy a dress. What should I do?

The first thing you should do is make an appointment through our website, or by phoning the shop that you want to visit directly. We recommend that you explain your situation, and check that the dress that you want to try on will be available on the day of your appointment.

Why can´t I buy a dress in one shop and have it altered in another shop?

The shops are all independent which means that, in general, if you want to make any alterations to your dress you will have to have them done in the shop where you bought it. We suggest that you contact your shop to find out whether they make any exceptions, and if you can get a dress bought in their shop altered in a different shop.

Is each dress unique?

Yes, it is. At Rosa Clará we do not keep dresses in stock nor do we have a “warehouse” with all the models. Instead, each dress is made when a bride places an order. At Rosa Clará every dress is custom-made and personalised for each individual bride, and each dress is unique.

Do Rosa Clará shops offer exclusivity?

Rosa Clará does not offer exclusivity, which means that a shop may sell several dresses of the same model. However, the staff at each shop keep careful records of each dress and the wedding venue to make sure that none or their brides wear the same model at the same wedding venue.

How long does it take to make a dress?

It takes from between six to eight weeks to make a Rosa Clará dress. However, models from the Two and Soft collections by Rosa Clará take from between 12 to 15 weeks.

Is it possible to hire a dress?

At the moment we do not have a wedding dress hire service, and all the dresses in our official and multi-label shops are for sale only.
